Pizza Hut - Miami

Just ordered a pizza took an hour long to start with then the delivery driver took it to the wrong house for about 15 mins had the nerve to go pick it up seal broken pizza moved and touched and bring it to my house.....he didn't have gloves on or anything im so freaking frustrated ? what would you do

The quality has declined lately. The box pizza has much less topping on the edges than before.

This Pizza Hut needs to get SHUT DOWN. The service and the pizza is HORRIBLE. They are extremely rude and pushy on the phone. They answer their calls like they hate their customers and their job. When you walk in for pick up (because they never answer for delivery) they look soooo miserable and like they hate when they get busy. Smh everytime I try to give this place another try, I keep getting disappointed.

When I finally received my pizza, I noticed that it hardly had any toppings. I questioned the employee about it, and he explained that since I ordered extra cheese, the toppings would be underneath the first layer of cheese. I took his word for it. However, when I got home, I realized that there were no toppings at all beneath the cheese. I’m not looking for anything for free, but I strongly suggest that someone address this issue. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any of your locations. The manager on duty was named Suri.

The staff is incredibly friendly, the service is speedy, and the pizza is fantastic. I always leave this place satisfied!
