I had a fantastic experience over Kendall Toyota! Everyone was very knowledgeable and welcoming. The process was easy and very straightforward. Will be coming back for sure!

Excellent customer service as usual. In and out as quickly as possible. That’s always been something uncommon in this industry. Typically wait times are horrible with other dealerships. But I’ve never bern here and not been in and out in fantastic time. Service writer was very friendly and receptive to my questions. She called me the moment the car was ready to pickup. And let’s not forget the free car wash afterwards. Top notch service here.

I had to wait quite awhile before someone came to inquire about my car. Unfortunately, when I started to complain I then got attention. The young man who attended to me Jolio tried to expedite my issue. He was very attentive and I appreciated his courtesy!

Customer service is not good. One time ago I brought my car to service and the girl told me she call me when is ready and didn't call me just texted me and I was almost 3 hours waiting while car was ready 3 hours before. I lost 3 hours waiting because the girl didn't call me and I didn't see the text because she told me is going to call me. Is so easy to call me when is ready and is so easy to be kind and ready to help costumers. Please work in your customer service more. Train them to be more kind and helpful. Thanks...

The service department is the best in South Florida. They have a very quick and updated process to streamline from the moment you leave your car to the moment you pick it up. Their waiting area is very comfortable and they give you updates while the car is being serviced. I highly recommend this dealer.
