Papa John's Pizza - Miami

Horrible horrible customer service, they have the rudest people working there, they mess up your order and even after you call and complain they don?t give a dam, they hang up the phone. These people need to work on customer service!

About a month ago and watching the adds ultimately have PJ on TV I ordered 2 large pizzas, one only cheese and the second with several sides. I did not check when arrived, the cheese was less than regular, both were like reheated. The second has a fewsides concentrated on the center and over cooked. The flavor awful. We did not eat. I wrote to customer service and theyanswered immediately and offer to give me 2 large anyway I want it. It was the excellent side of the company. But, definitivelyI will not order again from PJ or at least from this order.

I placed an online order at this restaurant and they got part of my order wrong. When I called to speak with a manager, they hung up on me. I ended up driving to the location in person to request a refund.

One of my favorite Papa John's locations and the pizza is always on point. You can never go wrong with their garlic parmesan breadsticks.

I highly recommend this place. The ambiance is excellent, the dishes are delicious, and the customer service is outstanding. You will never be disappointed.
