Mcdonald's - Miami

I give this place one star because today, after leaving work, I decided to visit this well-known restaurant in search of a meal. Unfortunately, I left feeling completely disappointed. The server taking orders at the window was unprofessional, playing with the microphone while making fun of me and laughing with a girl who seemed to be with him. I urge you to be more selective with your hiring, as your restaurant is reputable and your service reflects on your brand.

Every time I visit this location, there's always an issue. About 9 out of 10 orders are either incorrect or missing items. It doesn't matter if I use the drive-thru, go inside, or order through Uber Eats; the results are always the same. It seems like the staff would rather spend their time playing games inside than focusing on their work. I once walked in after placing a drive-thru order, only to find that my food was wrong when I got home. I had to drive back, and when I entered the restaurant, I noticed all the employees standing in a circle, holding hands and playing games, despite having customers waiting for their orders.

The management and staff seemed quite unhappy during my visit. I received the wrong order, and when I returned to request a correction, the employee directed me to speak with the manager—a young woman I believe is either Mexican or Guatemalan. I explained my situation to her, but she showed no signs of empathy; she simply took my order and made the change without saying a word. In contrast, the older manager, who I think is Colombian, was extremely polite when he was there. It's clear that this establishment could benefit from better training or higher pay for its staff!

I usually drive thru early in the morning for a quick breakfast on my way to work. They are always accurate and the most clear and articulate ordering process. I can actually understand and hear them very clearly! Amazing concept.

I really had a great experience. The manager is very attentive, and polite, he is trying to make sure that us as clients feel we are getting and excellent service. He came to our table to make sure we weren?t missing anything and that we were satisfied.Very few people take those extra steps!
