L'artisane Bakery Bistro (coral Gables)

This place is beautiful! Your croissants are the best in Miami, I discovered them in pandemic and ordered them online, the location in Coral gables is beautiful and charming, my husband is vegan and he loves this place. Staff and service are always attentive and nice.

Dog-friendly, well-deserved pups! A fully vegan, authentic French bakery? Yes, please! Your croissants are rightly legendary and are delicious whether you take them as a sandwich or sweet with one of many fillings. Strawberry cheesecake is the star, in my opinion, although Nocciolata comes in a short second. So random, but the empanadas (especially calf and mushrooms, I have no idea how they get the filling that creamy and savory) are better than they have a right to be. The flatbreads are great for exchange. My companion, who has no allergens and can actually remember how the real stuff tastes, absolutely loved the buffalo snail 'n, prefer it to other non-vegan buffalo chicken flatbreads he had, what much says. The blueberry, while expensive, was remarkable. Lots of pastry cream. Have already been a handful of times here, and will continue to return for more extraordinary conscious goodness! So excited that they expand to a donut shop.

Love this bakery! Vegan and you?d never know how authentic the flavors are to non-vegan cuisine. Taste is exquisite, ingredients are not exaggerated, whatever. Up!

How can I give this place a 10 star? The food was DELICIOUS! When I looked around what other people ordered, I wanted them all!!! I traveled, but I will try to come back as much as I can before I go, seriously, there is no point for me to go anywhere else! The menu is very diverse, ideal for meetings, appointments or any meeting. The staff is super nice and great! Place is very clean and everything seems! Eating is really nicely served and they make you welcome! Overall an amazing culinary experience! I like to have enjoyed this experience more than Eleven Madison, a fine 3-star Michelin and fully vegan food in NYC! 100/100 recommended

A must visit! Incredible French bakery with beautiful pastries and croissants. I highly recommend anyone visit, but for vegans this is paradise! Order the Croque Monsieur for brunch and take extra pastries to go. Soon they are opening a donut shop next door as well!
