Option where you basically have to build your own. 3 min after I ordered I realized I forgot to add the chicken and they said they could not add it because they already made the pack. The employee asked me to ask if they could regain it and I guess the supervisor said NO? If it took them 3 min to make it, I don't understand why they couldn't destroy it? Great customer service! They simply lost a customer and I would not recommend this location. They obviously won, are not long in business with the way they do business.
Came on Sunday afternoon, staff was great and very friendly, not waiting at all. 5/5 delicious
I order for the first time and I was very disappointed?. First I order the soup of the day that had a picture of Broccoli? Cheese? I have a sharp one, I don't even know what he was and I'm allergic to hot pepper. Then order a fizz with roasted chicken and added avocado?. The salad had hardly a chicken I saw only 3 tiny avocados half inch size and fruits frozen. You can expect something better for the price. My Sunday wasn't finished with fresh fruits either. Again, you cannot call gourmet a place that will have high quality food. I rarely complain, but that was too much. Take notes and work on improving it is my feedback.
Sad to give this review because this site was actually good. They don't care about the customer and their concerns. I took an online order that was warm (do not even order 10 min) and it was a container full of salad. You calculated $15 for LETTUCE. I couldn't find what I ordered. A joke. When I requested a refund, the owner and manager told me that they did not do this at this time and offered 50% of my next purchase. Next purchase? You never get a penny of my money. I'll get in touch with Korp. So sad to see decent places go the drain. Be careful.
The Managers are so warm and kind; but it was a complete shock today, to be handled in such an abrasive manner by a particular employee who decided to use the wrong tone and approach with me today. He wasn?t patient or kind, but continued to say ? I am sorry? until I finally stated, ?No, you are not sorry?! He was verbally abusive, and continued to rant as if he had the right to speak to a paying customer in a disrespectful way. He was ready to blow a gasket for sure. He mentioned how he serves hundreds of people. I was so disappointed by his actions. He must be trained again in Interpersonal Effectiveness.
