Fuchai Korean Kitchen Miami

I visited this restaurant for my birthday last night, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was flawlessly prepared, and the service was attentive and spot on. I really appreciated the personal touch of meeting the owner, who even asked for feedback. All I can say is that the food is absolutely spectacular. I tried the bao buns, chicken wings, and bibimbap, and I would rate each of them a perfect 10/10. The restaurant itself is small, but I think that contributes to its intimate atmosphere.

Absolutely amazing! The portions are generous and the flavors are spot on. The vegan pajeon (a type of pancake) is a perfect balance of flavor and texture. The pork belly baos are divine, with the coleslaw adding an extra layer of flavor and crunch. And the Deji Galbi pork ribs? Pure UMAMI! I highly recommend this place. Food: 5/5.

This was my first experience at a Korean restaurant, and it didn't disappoint! Although the place is small, the food was delicious. Fantastic Korean restaurant! It's a cozy spot, so be sure to make a reservation. We tried the bibimbap, samgyeopsal, and spicy Korean wings, and the portions were generous with truly authentic flavors. Our total bill came to $91, which included a beer and two cokes.
