Contribuiți la feedbackHorrendous, my wife and I work as health workers who visit people who are under Kovid 19 after they were released from the hospital. We begin to work at 6 a.m. and today at 9 a.m. made a stop on this place to take a coffee when My wife tried to use a toilet room, the employee did not allow it to her. My wife talked about the employees she really needed because she worked with six people who helped them, said the employee? because Covid 19 rules, can the costumer not use the toilet room?
I always think she's coffee when I can. Customer service is great.
I've been visiting this Dunkin' Donuts for about three months now, and I am truly impressed by the professionalism of the night team. Jeffrey in particular deserves a standing ovation; he makes me feel valued as a customer. This level of service is the main reason I would gladly pass by three other Dunkin' Donuts to come to this one. The night crew is simply AMAZING!
I will never visit this Dunkin' Donuts again. The person at the drive-thru yelled at me while I was placing my order, and when I got to the window, she expected me to be pleased after she just finished shouting at me. She continued to argue with me at the window. To make matters worse, I ended up with a cold breakfast sandwich. I will definitely be contacting my credit card company to request a refund. It's employees like this that drive businesses out of operation due to poor customer service and a lack of professionalism.
After placing my order and got on the highway, I realized my food was cold. Definitely not happy and feel like they was rushing to serve everyone through the drive-thru. Which cause them to give me a sandwich that was sitting there. Also the employee was to busy rushing and trying to upscale me as I was making my order.
