Domino's Pizza - Miami

I order a sandwish and they sent a bread with a burned cheese, I called and spoke with the manager on 6.36 PM on 8/14/2022 and she refused to give me her name. Said that i order a stake and cheese plain. I asked her where is the stake she replied i took all the extras out, kept saying the same thing after i explain if is a stake and cheese where is the stake, she repeted i took all the extra. She hung up the phone never said sorry or replaced the order. Never order from this location manager is awful. I always order from ponce de Leon great service. I would not give any stars.

I ordered mi pizza Saturday,1/10/ 22, 5 pm, pizza was tasteless and the sauce extremely sweet. When I called to get an explanation he said very unprofessional ?we have nothing to do with it, call 1800 dominoes?

When the pizza finally did arrive, the delivery driver had a poor attitude and just left the pizza at my door. When I called to cancel the order because the pizzas were no longer fresh, the manager, David, insulted me over the phone. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

Terrible experience. I ordered five pizzas for my team, and after waiting an hour, the delivery driver called to demand a tip in person before he would deliver the order. I explained that I was busy and asked him to leave the pizzas at the front desk, offering to add a tip through the app instead. He became angry and started yelling that he wanted a cash tip. I was absolutely shocked! As someone who works in the food and beverage industry, I know that employees are not allowed to solicit tips! This was incredibly inappropriate. I tried to reach out to a manager at Domino's for help, but she was unhelpful as well. In the end, I had to cancel the order, completely drained by the driver's disrespect and the lack of support from the staff. This Domino's location needs to be shut down!

My order#18 on 10/11/2022. I ordered 6 pizzas and they left them at the wrong address, Also, when I called the manager asked me for tip for the driver. This is the worst service I have ever had. Tha manager had a bad aptitude.
