At the central counter, the service was a stark contrast. The gentleman there was attentive and quick to help me with my order. As I've mentioned, the quality of service can be quite unpredictable. It’s disappointing to see five employees idly chatting while I waited for what felt like an eternity, which is not indicative of good service. Here’s some feedback: If staff members are taking a break, it would be better to move them to the tables or to a less visible area to avoid appearing inattentive (assuming they were indeed on break and not just ignoring me, as they were all looking in my direction). A clear sign indicating the pickup area would also be helpful, so customers don’t have to guess where to go. A simple inquiry about whether I needed assistance would have greatly improved my experience.

A hidden away gem of a Middle Eastern casual eatery and mini-market. Having just moved to Miami, I smelled home cooking as soon as I walked in. Their market has many goods I did not expect to find in this fair city.I had Mujammada (rice and lentils w/ fried onion) to go. Added some yoghurt to it when I got home and had a delicious meal. Will try their falafel pita wrap my next visit.Highly recommend it.

Great place for arabic food! Kibe, esfiha, baba ganoush, tabule, noodle rice and a great assorted market. 100% worthy the visit!Food: 4/5
