Coppola's Bistro Kendall - Miami

Food was very good. A little short staff but maybe because of the Xmas holiday. Singer was entertaining.

Most of the food was great but one of our dishes—a carbonara—was submerged under water and looked more like a stew than a pasta dish. The staff apologized and recognized the problem but the new dish never made it back out until everyone was already finished with dinner. The restaurant put the late replacement dish in a doggy bag and charged me full price for this disaster of a service. Poor management response and training.
