Church's Texas Chicken - Miami

I really enjoy the food at this restaurant, and the service during the evening is great. However, I have a frustrating experience during the day with one particular cashier who has tattoos. She's often quite rude and seems to rush me, even when there’s no one behind me in the drive-thru line. Her attitude is really off-putting, and to make things worse, I didn’t even receive the okra I ordered! It’s not like giving me an extra tartar sauce for my shrimp combo would cost her anything personally, but she acts like it's a big deal. I usually prefer to go in the evening when she’s not working just to avoid feeling uncomfortable. That said, I’m returning today specifically to get my okra!

It was an average American fast food restaurant—nothing particularly noteworthy. A lot of customers opted for the drive-through.

The food was slightly overcooked. It feels like the golden era of Church's Chicken has come to an end.

Cashier nice chicken was cold and not fully cooked didn't enjoy it biscuits and orka was hot and good

My second time visiting and I loved it... Great job Will be definitely coming back here.
