Chipotle Mexican Grill - Miami

How to eat, like the restaurant, how the price, so what is the problem? my recent visit to this place, which are more food-providing look like prisoner with death lock, as if they were the imamate that owes them millions of dollars before ordering. the greeting was a powerful simple word yes is that a management problem? because I have eaten chipotle in washington dc since 2003, and not all other chipotle work like this. as a consumer and stock market investor should be chipotle a good deal to buy. I keep my shopping on cmg and now go to tesla and amazon.

It’s gross to see employees eating right in front of the take out packing section, especially during a rush when the shop is full and no one is helping cashier. It’s also sad to see that employees don’t bother to attempt to help fulfill a request. I asked if I can get a printed receipt for my Mobile order, she said “I’m not sure if the system does that” so I imply to at least try and then she was suddenly sure it was impossible. I’ve had this done at other locations and it’s just irritating that they didn’t even attempt to get it done.

They got people that cant read working their. Every order i ever got has been missing items. Why are you even getting paid your not doing your job correct. Paid extra for guac but they was to lazy to put it on. Its really that hard? This store is garbage dont go.

This Chipotle is consistently SLOW and DIRTY. I've given up on this location. Every other Chipotle I've visited is excellent. I'm not sure what they're putting in the water at this location that turns their employees into the walking dead, but I recommend you void it unless you're carrying a crucifix.

Ordered online. Sort of feels like it didn't matter how we customized our orders because they still made them as if they were with all the default choices. I ordered the new pollo-asado bowl (it looked good in the ad on the site), but what I got was a bowl that had just regular/plain chicken in it. No sauce on the chicken whatsoever. I didn't actually find the sauce until I had finished everything but the rice. Turns out, they put the sauce on all the rice at the bottom of the bowl. I know you're not expected to shake/mix up a bowl to get the flavors intermixed (there's supposed to be layers, right but I guess that would have been the only way to taste the sauce on anything other than the rice. Very disappointing.
