Chipotle Mexican Grill - Miami

I ordered a chicken burrito and was told that she ran out of the hawn. then I asked myself to talk to the manager and was told that he was busy. the hired then said that we have steak, I have advised him that they will not charge me for a more expensive burrito because they cannot get their act together. then he went back in the back and returned with huh. when I was sitting on the table and biting, it was disgusting. I will never eat again at this terrible place!

I never leave evaluations, but this is only handy the worst chipotle. I tried to order from here four times, and every four times my order was either wrong or someone else was. the one time I came in, they were completely out of everything and that was at 11 o'clock. also the staff is very rude and does not pay attention.

Badly managed, place is dirty, unreliable for online orders either delivery or take them out (delays an hour of eta), huge line moves extremely slowly when they put their order in person. Portions always came smaller than other Chipotle locations. the worst, it is uncareful, at least two cases of food poisoning in the few times someone from my family ordered from there

Not from here. it is the second time that they have filled my order, and they assume zero responsibility for the destruction of their lunch plans. they do not care to do that properly and try to fix things with free stuff in the app. Do you think I want more chipotle after I had to throw a perfectly good one in the garbage? I also want my delivery fee and whatever I have paid back because I don't have it. as if dollar grew on trees. not order! they save themselves and order them from somewhere else.

Out of steak and no one was cutting cooking any at all. Typically someone is always preparing and cooking but not at this place. Not sure why this chipotle is any different than the others I have been going to for the last 10 years but I feel there is no adult management. Every time I go to this location by my home there is an issue.
