Caja Caliente Catering Food Truck

Not impressed by my first attempt of Cuban food. dry and not very tasteful as they expect to be Cuban and Caribbean food. dry meat, dry rice, dry bean. where's the juice? we threw away most of our food. such a drop.

We had the ropa vieja taco, garnelen taco and the ropa vieja tamal. both the ropa vieja tamal and taco were tasty and very full, but the garnelen taco was extremely small that defeated the purpose of them, saying their tacos are greater than regular tacos; it had only 3 garnels. the cocosmoon was also very delicious. However, their location on yelp is not updated we went to their old location and had to call to get the new location for the food truck.

Amazing eating. I have to try the Vaca-Freita-Tacco when you come! and the empanadas are great!

The atmosphere was beautiful! My Mahi taco spilled as I was trying to eat it, but it was still refreshing.

I just landed from a flight from Houston and decided to stop here after seeing it featured in Eater Miami. This was truly one of the best meals I've had in a long time – I nearly wanted to lick the plate clean! The Cuban nachos were particularly fantastic, to the point that I almost forgot my table manners. I highly recommend this place!
