Burger King - Miami

That is the worst bk at all that they never have anything they do not open in the morning, they do not take any drive thru order, eating is cold unprofessional children working here. this bk should be closed for publicity. they do not take on the drive thru, because the young who are to take orders make up on the parking lot. disgusting

The cashier it’s playing with his phone before get ready the order. And gives the worst attention. And the employees don’t have the name in his shirt

Teach you employees to work the register. Teach them to fix orders. Teach them how to add items to an order. The whopper was good but it would've been better with cheese. However the kid that took my order didn't know how to fix the order once it went in.

They close early and the staff are rude. Once a cashier told me with attitude that they didn't have anymore cheese burgers and once no sausage biscuits in the morning. And obviously lied about not having plain burgers too.

We went inside and where waiting at the register and the woman at the register was talking to another employee by the coke machine completely ignoring us and not taking our order. There was no customer service at all so we walked out very bad customer service
