Burger King - Miami Springs

This was the worst Burger King experience I've had. I won't be returning. They don't accept online orders and it seems like they just don't care. For order #421193, the Chicken Jr was cold and hard. Also, the fries were not the right size. Overall, very poor service.

Terrible experience! They messed up my order and mixed it up with my friend's. I wanted mozzarella sticks, but what I got was unrecognizable— the cheese inside was yellow and tough. The fries were not salted, and I didn't even receive any ketchup! The Whopper was decent, but it was cold. I couldn't finish my fries, and the mozzarella sticks went straight into the trash. I'm really disappointed! The staff also seemed to have difficulty understanding English.

Unfortunately, the quality and service have declined over the past year. The food often arrives cold, and there always seems to be some confusion among the staff.

Place is nice and quiet. Plenty of parking. Food was well prepared and enjoyed it. Good place to sit and have a burger in relax mode, especially with this heat.

Something about your order is always wrong. 8 piece? You get 7. Add cheese? No cheese. No pickle? There?s pickles. So it makes me think that if you order the impossible whopper or impossible anything you?re actually getting beef.
