Tucked away in Miami Springs we found this real treasure for Peruvian Mexican Japanese cuisine. From the Tijuana Mule, through the fried Chaufa Ball with Tamarind Sauce, stellar Guac, and then a combination of Anticuchero Tenderloin Taco Bao with another Taco Bao combo this time with Corvina fish everything hit all the right notes of flavours, textures and spice level. We got there right when it was closing yet still everything came out fresh, fast and with awonderful explanation from Luna every step of the way. We'll return again soon
My husband and I love coming to A taco weekly. Bashfully I have to admit sometimes twice a week. Every time we come in we are always greeted with the warmest hello, smiles and genuine happiness. When we walk in they are already getting our drinks ready. Those are the small details that makes A Taco stand out. Karla and her staff are absolutely wonderful and so helpful with everything. Ask them for the mint ginger tea. Man when you're not feeling your best that tea hits thespot. It's doesn't matter what we order the food is always spot on. We come here so much and have done ompany dinners and lunches here and we have never had a bad experience. This place is seriously a mega gem in Miami Springs.
Great place to hang out with friends and family. Our server, Luna, was amazing. The food and the drinks are fantastic. Can't wait to go back.
Our second time here, a definite recommend!! Elisa took great care of us. She made several good recommendations, all excellent choices and a superb wine recommendation, which was also great. We will be back soon for a third time no doubt.
