Chick-fil-a - Miami Lakes

I have been to a few other Chick-fil-A in Miami Area and found this one, with the most friendless staff and give out the most rewards to repeat customers .

Great location. The drive thru can really be long. Best parking and go. You get your food faster.

I have something to eat really quickly turned it into 30 minutes and I never got my food. I placed a mobile drive-through pick-up order. As I always do as soon as I was there it was in line for 30 minutes waiting for my food, they told me that I canceled it again placed the order and then back into the line. The service is terrible that no one has spoken English that made things the worst. This is my last time, but it may not be important.

WORST CHICK-FIL-A ever!!!. I ordered 1 spicy Deluxe Combo, 8 Nuggets, 1 Milkshake and 1 large soup for like $22. When I came home, I realized that my order was incomplete; I only have the soup and a basic sandwich the milkshake and the soda of the combo. I went back to the store and they wanted to recharge.75 cents to pay for the difference from the basic combination to the other, I ate the chicken of the base sandwich then because I was hungry and they said I had to pay the whole combo again! So I asked about my money back and they didn't reduce the milkshake, nor the wrong sandwich they gave me through their mistake! You were rude and I? ve was never treated as badly as in this place. I never come to this place again.
