Ben Jerry's - Miami Lakes

I just hosted a catering event at my daughter's school, and it was fantastic! Everyone loved it! The caterer, Edith Gonzalez, was wonderful—she’s incredibly sweet and fantastic with the kids! I highly recommend her!

We had the chance to sample all the flavors we wanted, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The ice cream, of course, was fantastic!

I was pleasantly surprised to discover a Ben & Jerry's location nearby! I visited the other day and couldn't believe how clean the place was. The staff wore fantastic uniforms, and their customer service was exceptional—so much better than the local ice cream and yogurt shops. The ice cream itself was incredibly delicious. I plan to go there every weekend! Definitely a 5/5!

This store has excellent service and excellent ice cream! : Every time I visit this store and open the door, I am greeted by upbeat and happy servers, the smell of fresh waffle cones and a funny mooo. It always puts me in a better mood

I just ordered through Uber eats to surprise my brother (since I can't be there) and I made a special request from the restaurant. They truly went above and beyond and over exceeded. Great ice cream, but- AMAZING staff. Whoever was working here tonight (12/23/2020) please note you guys are so truly wonderful and you made someone very happy tonight! Thank you so so much! 10 out of 10!
