This Dunkin is close to the Hard Rock Stadium walking distance from my home close to Walmart and always have my Apple Fritter Donut ???? ???? everyone is always pleasant always with a greeting

This place need better customer service I came to speaker to order and she say hold on and took forever drove to the window her and another employee was just having a conversation no one was in drive-thru then you have one girl short dark skin she has thenastiest attitude you guys need new hire asap this was my favorite spot it's going down now drinks be watery they confused withpeople orders and too rude yes just get people who want to make customers keep coming I come here because it's close to my houseif your not considering getting customer service ready employees close down

This Dunkin? Donuts is horrible with zero customer service! The staff is extremely rude they don?t even say hi. They always look mad and mean. Nasty nasty attitude!! Suzy is the only one that offers great customer service!

After waiting about 15 min for my meal I asked the girl who works there about my order and she was really rude saying that was not her job. She was on her phone and contact her friends to harass me like she is in the ghetto. I almost call the cops on herand I have all on camera.

Good place to stop before going into the stadium. Friendly and fast service even at 11:00 am on a Sunday when the Dolphins game started at 1 pm.
