Tides Restaurant & Turtle Lounge

Perfect place to enjoy a wonderful meal and observe people as the sun goes over south beach.

The Cuban breakfast was great. everything was cooked as in demand.

They could hear a pen fall in the restaurant. so quiet. not many other guests. despite a reservation for 5 were not furnished. the wine list was at the point where I had to ask if they had a red wine from the menu. the steak was great and well presented. my colleagues shared my opinion over their half chicken breast. I would just come back for cocktails or if it were nice enough outside to enjoy the evening.

For lunch. great location, but eating was not as good as possible. service was a challenge. while our server was very nice, the setup was very inefficient and everything took a little too long. the lemon chicken was so dry and cold it was not edible and was sent back. it looked like it was reheated instead of cooked. empanadas we are good. quesadilla used fat bad quality cheese and had hardly a reasonable amount of huh.
