Contribuiți la feedbackI visited this restaurant for the 2 PM guided tour on September 16th, 2023. Unfortunately, it was low season, and the museum is undergoing renovations, so the guided tour was not available at the moment. The entrance fee is $15, but since there was only one exhibition, I was able to enter for free. The venue was exceptionally clean, and the indoor temperature was perfect for the hot and humid September days in Florida. The staff was fantastic, and the restrooms were also in great condition. I didn't stop by the Museum Coffee Shop, so I can't provide any feedback on that. Oh, and the Wi-Fi connection was excellent as well.
The greeting was lackluster, and I was informed that strollers were not allowed. Consequently, we had to split up into two small groups to view the exhibits. I was shocked at the number of employees present, given the circumstances. A guard eventually told me I could use the side door to leave with the stroller, but the same two employees who had sent us to the front remained there, simply watching us leave. Overall, I found this experience to be extremely disappointing. I’m relieved that my grandchildren are young enough not to remember it. The 22-year-old grandchild lives in Miami Beach, and honestly, the exhibit was not worth the time or effort. I can confidently say that I will never return.

Although this museum is a bit small, the curation is wonderful. The exhibits were well thought out and really unique. The staff was also incredibly kind and helpful. The Bass is now one of my favorite museums!
Really enjoyed my time. David Abraham is very knowledgeable and passionate about art and his work. He gave us a really great explanation about the art piece on the 2nd floor. So glad I came here
