Safron Grill - Miami Beach

Update: Kenya is always the best, and the food is amazing! We always make sure to visit before heading back home. I discovered this place based on reviews, and they were right - the food is incredible and the service is even better. Kenya is lovely and kind, explaining the menu and constantly checking to ensure everything is okay. I was here on Saturday and came back again Sunday. I highly recommend the gyro on a plate, which my spouse and I enjoyed, and my son loved the chicken sandwich on pita bread. If you're in the area, you will definitely enjoy it here.

I really enjoyed Saffron! Here’s my positives and negatives about the restaurant : POSITIVES Very central location in south beach walking distance from all the clubs/party scene and was very close to where myself and husband were staying so very convenient Food was brought out super fast! We came on a Wednesday at around 10.30 PM and our food was brought out PIPING hot, and fresh within 10 minutes of us ordering No wait for us as I’m guessing most people are at the clubs while we came to eat Decent portion sizes (see photo Just a good old fashioned no frills restaurant Service was a okay we ordered the chicken kebab entree and the mezze sampler and it was perfect for myself and my husband it’s halal for all my Muslim friends! But they do serve alcohol so if that’s something you care about just be aware it’s Miami ofc : NEGATIVES While there was nothing bad about the service, there was nothing exceptional about it either our waitress asked us what we’d like, served it to us, checked in twice and then brought the bill. If you’re looking for upscale service then maybe tailor your expectations (we didn’t care but I know some people might the chicken kebab was DELISH however I was left wanting more! I wish there was a bit more on the plate Conclusion: all in all, really liked saffron for a quick bite will come back to try their wraps!

A good restaurant for fast and good Turkish/Greek food. The interior looks like a cafeteria or Turkish coffee house (could be a but cleaner), but you can sit outside. Service was super friendly and you get even free fries to your kebab sandwich. Meat was a bit too thick sliced for a sandwich so I had to use a fork. The taste was delicious!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant, the service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be returning on my next visit.
