Red, The Steakhouse Miami Beach

I love this place and have for many years. The filet mignon is always perfect. This was our first time at their new location, which has outdoor seating. Just don't go on Valentine's Day because they pack too many reservations and tables in, and all of the ratings take a nosedive. Instead, celebrate Valentine's Day here on another day

Awesome vibe....service was excellent...loved my meal

“Chef likes to have your full order before starting”! Well, I’m the customer but apparently the chef is more important than me despite spending on dinner for two. Food is good but nothing we ate was amazing. Service was attentive but because “chef” decides when customers need to eat each course it was rushed literally as I put my salad fork down, the main course arrived. Decor and atmosphere are okay. This is just a good steakhouse Red is overhyped and nothing special. Remember if you eat here you mustn’t upset “chef” by failing to order all your courses as soon as you sit down I’m sure “chef” would be pleased if you ordered dessert along with your appetizer too! You can get equivalent food and service for half this price at other good steakhouses- and the chefs at those places seem to remember that customers come first

Red, your restaurant made me sad. Literally. The black pipe and drape, low budget party rental furniture, and exposed wood studs separating the bar area and dining room, made me feel like I was at a pop-up dining hall at a trade show. The restaurant is clearly still under construction and either shouldn’t be open to the public yet or this detail should’ve been disclosed when making the reservation. The service left just as little to be desired. Our server did not check on us once to ask if our steaks were cooked properly or if our meal was ok in general. For the prices you’re charging, u should actually be embarrassed that this is what you’re putting out to your customers as an alleged high end steakhouse

My birthday dinner was amazing, beautiful setting, excellent service and the food and drinks fantastic…. Love love love it! My waiter was attentive, charming and awesome
