Driftwood Room - Miami Beach

I prefer the à la carte breakfast over the buffet option. The service was a bit slow, typical of Florida, but the staff was friendly. I enjoyed the Eggs Benedict on avocados, as well as the shrimp and chicken tacos, ceviche, guacamole, and the grilled options.

The breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff was excellent. It was a standard breakfast, but the prices were quite reasonable for Miami Beach. The outdoor seating was really nice. The coffee was very good, served with warm cream. We had breakfast there twice, and the manager checked in with us both times to ensure we had a good experience.

I went for breakfast as a non-hotel guest and was genuinely impressed by the excellent service from all the staff. The food was delicious, too! I highly recommend this place!

The experience was pleasant overall. However, the portion sizes seemed a bit small given the prices. The calamari was overcooked as well. We had difficulty locating our waiter whenever we needed help, and a 20% service charge was automatically added to our bill, which I felt was not justified by the level of service we received. On the positive side, the ambiance was wonderful.
