Dr Smood - Miami Beach

Weekly customer. amazing organic food for cheap trips. Saturday, 18th juni I have put an order through to pick up. a Uber driver has picked up my order mistakenly. the manager solved the situation immediately another order. I will go on to dr. smood, but will pick up orders in their app not over.

Amazing employees and environment, the best dr. smood to go, we come all the way from north miami!

Let me begin by saying that the situation, workers and atmosphere get 5 stars. super clean, very cool and welcoming. I give it 3 stars because I paid $20 for an salate that was no bigger than a next salad in a restaurant. Listen, I'm gonna pay for a salad-hello pura vida, but that ding usually feels like a brick when I pick it up. When I grabbed my Caesar salad w/turkey to go home, I took a double-beat. I should have said something, but I was too shocked to say something and to be too late for a conference call. the golden milk loaf was delicious fyi. I have heard nothing but great things about this place, so I have been betrayed by my first experience here. Maybe their salads aren't the one to go away and I'm better off getting one of their juices or smoothies?

Poor service. in 15 minutes before closing it was arranged and informed that the kitchen was closed.

The customer service is non existent. The woman at the counter was so rude to me and the sandwich was stale. Sadly not coming back.
