Raw Juce - Miami

I'd give one star if HappyCow would allow. Several employees were dismissed for me as a whole until they realized that I had a big buy $119), primarily their prefabricated juices. Even then, the staff was not helpful when it was about avoiding cash escalation. It was a fight over simple aspects all the time. The juices and smoothie were not delicious. Ratios were a little gone. Maybe it is because they pasteurize their cold pressed juices and do not use fresh ingredients. I tortured it to a bad first time experience and decided to explore other options in the area and maybe another time to try it again. After this visit I received a survey from Raw Juce and asked myself about my experience. I finished the survey and received a thoughtful answer and an offer of $50 in credits to try Raw Juce again. The $50 loan never arrived and follow up that I was made went unanswered. This made a negative experience in an unforgettable terrible. How can I protect her? There's no excuse. Good news is that there is a lot of competition in the area lol! All right, just not with this business! #Veganuary

I had an Acai dish here, it was a bit more pricier than other places, but it was good.

I ordered the power acai bowl without honey from this restaurant. Honestly, it was one of the best acai bowls I have ever had, possibly the best. I really enjoyed it. However, the staff seemed to be misinformed about what "plant-based" meant as they claimed the restaurant was completely vegan despite serving honey.

After my visit, I received a survey from Raw Juce about my experience. I completed the survey and received a thoughtful response offering $50 in credits to try Raw Juce again. Unfortunately, the $50 credit never arrived, and my follow-ups went unanswered. This turned a negative experience into a truly horrible one, making it impossible for me to support them again. Thankfully, there are plenty of other options in the area to choose from. Happy juicing to all, just not with this establishment! #Veganuary
