Hardee's - Metro Durham/Chapel Hill

Consistently gets my order incorrect. Accuracy is not their strong suit.

The cashier is angry as if he is going to give you a free meal. The toilet is dirty. How is hope inside?

Cashier was pleasant. Service was quick although food was incorrect and I had to double back around to window. The candied bacon was nothing like the advertisement nor even close. There was nothing sweet on my bacon just tasted peppery and looked like the pre-made microwave bacon from grocery store. I was very disappointed. The place is already in a weird spot that is on a one way street so when you give wrong food it's hard looping back around.

Hate leaving a negative review because I love a Hardee’s biscuit but I also can’t stand seeing obvious poor food sanitation practices. Drive thru person was outside smoking, a car pulled up to the speaker to order, and the employee ran inside to start taking their order and handling their drinks and food bag without washing hands.

They took forever to get my food ready and didn’t even get it right.
