Golden Krust Caribbean

It was worth my weight all day just to get here and get this food. It was absolutely delicious. I will be coming back. I’m gonna work on becoming a regular. I recommend this place to everyone. The food is delicious. Hats off to the man who didn’t ski on the gravy. Thank you very much, sir.

The food is good. The man at the register charged me for the person behind me. When I asked him if he could refund me the money he said no. I asked several times and he continued to say no.

I’ve ordered the oxtails over 20 times since this location opened. Today is THE LAST TIME. I always get the large oxtail plate. Portion size used to be good, now it’s much less. The quality of the oxtails have gone down in the past few months. They are all BONE and FAT. They do not trim the oxtails. There is barely any meat. One time I got 7 bare bones on my plate like someone ate it already. They made me a new plate when I complained. It is a complete waste of money and I refuse to support anymore. Y’all are really disappointing.

I decided to try Golden Krust on a whim while shopping in the area. I got a curry goat plate that included curry goat, rice and peas, cabbage and carrots, and two plaintain. The food was hot and flavorful, most of all, the curry was cooked down right! I also tried a slice of cake. This plate was better than I expected, and for that , I'll be back to try their other selections.

The Food is always good when I go I’ve been going with my family since you guys opened . However Today 03/16/24 I went in with my boyfriend and it was more of a hit or miss . We both always get Small Oxtail Plates but today the portions were all the way off when I asked the lady for more rice she offered for me to buy a small side of rice . I almost told the lady that I didn’t want the plate anymore . Fast forward to when we get home , my boyfriend opens his plate and only has 4 Medium- Small sized Oxtails , barely any rice and ALOT of Cabbage and my plate is posted below and my rice was tasting kind of off more like burnt a little . I most likely won’t be returning but I wish you guys well in the future
