The food was terrible, the charburger had no flavor and the fries were rock hard

I've been here twice now and each time the food's good I mean if you're into burgers and french fries and hamburgers. This is the place to go. Honestly I prefer it over in and out or I mean cookout it's just better. Little more expensive but you know you walk away feeling full. Interesting order idea how you have to fill out a paper. The first time I went the dude filled it out for me the second time I went was a little hard to hear him but then I remember it all yeah you got to fill out the paper and a lady told me. A lot of kids in this place great place to bring your kids if you got them. From what I hear the milkshakes are pretty good. Overall good American joint stop by and get your burgers and whatnot. We can even watch him cook it up. I got two half pound burgers and two medium fries and a large Pepsi for like 20 bucks. Pretty good deal honestly. You know and it's not like fast food where it leaves you feeling that like hangover feeling or you need to eat more in an hour or so later this place is food pretty good man

Our food was great. However I’m in food industry and a stickler, we were there on 6/3/24 at 1:30-2:00, A woman was working the French fry station, I kept watching as she wiped the counter with a cloth and proceeded to use the same gloves to pick up and bag French fries, cupped her hand over the fries so no barrier between her glove and the food, this disgusts me so much. Please watch what your employees are doing! The tables were dirty so I cleaned my own, the food was better than I expected.

Good food, but the order pickup speaker is too loud.

Char-grill is good, nothing to rave about, service was good, and the dining room was very clean.
