Mcdonald's - Methuen

It is 12:30 o'clock Saturday night, went through mcdonalds 24 hours drive through and they are closed.

Appreciate our 24-hour resort option for eating at 2:40AM is closed for tonight - with a handwritten sign. Okay.

Probably the worst experience at any mcdonalds in my life no one speaks English and the service was a complete witz stood in register for 15-20 minutes.

Your website says 24 hours, so if I show up at 5:02am and someone says “can I help you” then a rude little girl gets on and says “we’re closed, we open at 6am on the dot” that’s just the poorest breakdown in communication I ever heard of. Get a new job if serving egg sandwiches is too hard for you.

The worst McDonald’s, the only one near my house so i go once a week but now i think I’m be done I’ve been over 10x every time i go something is wrong whether it’s missing sauce that I asked for missing items that I paid for, food never fresh i will never understand how it’s never fresh because i wait in a long Drive through line for at least 10-15 mins. I finally had enough when they forgot 2 large Fries, so that’s $10 that i was never refunded for.
