Domino's Pizza - Methuen

I recently had a frustrating experience with this restaurant. They claim to serve the Methuen area, but when I tried to place an order just 1.1 miles away, the manager refused to deliver. I even offered to pay extra to ensure a timely delivery, but he said that Sundays are too "busy" in Lawrence for him to make the trip. This is a terrible display of customer service, especially since it was for my child's 5-year-old birthday party. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again! It's no surprise they have such a low rating of 2.9 stars. I have friends who own Domino's franchises in New Hampshire, and I will be sharing this experience with them. It's just pathetic that the driver couldn't make a simple one-mile delivery.

I placed an order and called an hour later, only to be told that no order had been made due to their mistake with the address. I decided to cancel that order and place another one online for pickup. Then, the so-called general manager called me and insisted that I needed to prepay; otherwise, he would cancel the order, which he ultimately did. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a general manager and the service overall. I won't be ordering from there again!

Absolutely the worst experience i?ve ever dealt with food service. While I was not present at my house when I ordered, I made it very clear that I was ordering for my Mom who was alone at home and I could not get in touch with her. The delivery driver toldme to ?hurry it up? while I was trying to explain the circumstances. I asked if he could knock and or ring the door bell toalert my mom of the food but he refused. When I came home my order was not on the porch as he claimed he left it there. I cometo find out the next morning that he left it on my neighbors porch instead of mine? Extremely rude and disrespectful. I normallynever leave reviews but I would not recommend ordering here to anyone unless you enjoy 12 hour old food.

My experience was terrible. They delivered the wrong order and assured me that they would send the correct one within 20 minutes. However, after waiting 40 minutes and calling again, I found out they had completely forgotten about it. They promised me a refund and the correct food, but I never received either.

That was great. was faster than what they said it would be ready to not 20. my only question is it was very expensive 26 for two pan pizzas
