La Finca de Adobe - Metepec

Good service, nice relaxed atmosphere. I had the chiles en nogada. I thought it would be like a Chile Relleno, but it was cold (shocked the sose was amazing a cream sauce with cream and walnuts, and with pomegranate...seeds and cilantro embroidered. it looks like a Mexican flag "bandera

Good service and good food (buffet to breakfast). but everything is quite normal. I would be great that they have a better bakery, not just the traditional pieces.

The Finca de Adobe is famous throughout the Toluca/Metepec area as THE place to go for brunch. Most people arrive late-ish in the morning so that they can really take advantage of the magnificent spread. The food is all of top quality, and the specialities...are all Estado de México favorites--verdolagas, light and tasty tamales, pancita, chicharron, etc etc. There is something for everyone though, including pancakes made to order.

They have a lot of spicy entrees, small variety of soups, you can order a hot quesadilla and the Tamales are all right.
