Mcdonald's - Metamora

I have ordered from this McDonald's before, and I have had issues with the staff being inattentive. Once, a staff member dropped my change on the floor and another time, the window closed before I could even move. Today, while waiting for my food, a staff member brought my order out to my car but did not engage with me at all. She handed me my food through the window and quickly returned to the restaurant without acknowledging me as a customer.

I was unable to get a caramel macchiato due to issues with the milk machine. I don't frequent the restaurant in the mornings, but it seems like this machine has been out of order for months.

I recently visited a McDonald's and experienced some issues with my order. I placed my order at the counter and a young woman brought me my food. However, she realized she had made a mistake and took the food back. After a brief moment, she brought the same food back out to me, but I noticed something was off. I explained that I did not want the food anymore, and she seemed upset. I reassured her that it was just a simple mistake and she quickly corrected it.

Came in the night 18th february 2022 and no one visited the trip thru and got no service. not impressed.

The evening/ night crew is horrible, have had multiple problems with food when talking to the 1 Manager at night she got mouthy/ rude with me! Day time is better!
