Ketch Up Burgers - Metallostroy

We used to enjoy dining at this restaurant, but recently, the service has been declining. Today, we called to make a reservation for a table by the window and they agreed to reserve one for us. However, when we arrived, there were no window tables available and the lady told us that they don't reserve tables by the windows, even though we saw several with "reserved" signs on them. The quality of the food has also decreased, with the burgers being dry and not as juicy as they used to be. Additionally, the waitress accidentally spilled water on our son's coloring book and did not apologize or offer to replace it. While the overall atmosphere of the restaurant is not terrible, it is definitely not as good as it used to be.

I just had an amazing experience at "was awesome!" I will absolutely be returning in the future. The food was delicious, the beer portions were generous, the atmosphere was cool, and the service was fantastic. Well done! Keep up the great work!

Tasty soups and burgers! Smoothy with avocado was very tasty. Friendly, attentive, positive service...it is important when people are enjoying what they are doing.

Nice place, wide choice of nice food (and very nice) food and cool staff. Ketch Up Burgers has all chances to became one of my favorite. I can definitely recommend this place to my friends. Visit it, you won't regret.

In the restaurant they provide great food and service. The waiters are great. I recommend Ketchup-burger.
