Thai Ocha - Metairie

Charming, tidy, pleasant, fast, and delicious—what else could you ask for? I’m eager to return, and I can’t believe I discovered this spot by chance. It truly is a hidden gem!

As visitors from out of town, we were unsure of what to expect. We found the restaurant to be charming and appreciated the fact that it wasn't crowded. The menu was straightforward, featuring all the classic Thai dishes. I opted for the chicken Pad Thai, which, to be honest, was a bit sweeter than I prefer. I finished half but couldn't quite eat the rest. Others at our table ordered the Panang Shrimp, Spicy Drunken Noodles, and Basil Fried Rice, all of which they enjoyed. The service was exceptional—very attentive. Overall, I would rate Thai Ocha a solid 3.5 out of 5.

Restaurant is quaint, inviting, and clean.Flavors are good, though not complex. It's a simple, basic, Thai meal.For those of you with allergies and/or dietary restrictions, there are no substitutions. This makes dining there more difficult for these individuals.Service was very good.

Really like Thai ocha, but them not having fried eggs (kai dow) is killing me ?

Fabulous food. Fantastic service. Best Thai in the Area! Fried Tofu app is great, the spicy drunken noodles are generously sized same with all of the noodle dishes. I add heat to my pad Thai and it's delicious. I've never had a been meal from this restaurant.
