Taco Bell - Metairie

Probably the best Taco Bell joint in town. Not as good as they make em in the Taco Bells where I come from, but good enough.

Drive thru was very quick and efficient. Staff was very kind and in good spirits. My only complaint happens at every taco bell under the sun. There were a few pieces lettuce in the cheesy roll up. I assume the lettuce falls into the cheese cambro as they move along the prep line, then hitches a ride when they grab the cheese for the cheesy roll up. The price we pay for making workers work so fast to get us our food.

Ordered online yesterday; Brie was my cashier. Brie and the young man working with her were on the money! Courteous, professional, HAPPY… Please keep them that way… My order was incredible; full, fresh, flavorful… They are the best! The absolute best!

Customer service was horrible. Lobby was dirty. Food on the floor and tables. Which during a pandemic is not A very hard thing to prevent. Grill was not cleaned left black burnt remains all over my meal. Staff did not practice wearing a mask while making customers food. They where loud and annoying. One of the workers I watched come from outside from taking a smoke break and did not wash her hands. Then they have the nerve to become upset when I mentioned these things and demand a refund.
