Contribuiți la feedbackAfter placing our order and finding our seats, I noticed that her omelette didn’t come with a croissant as expected. When I kindly asked the woman who brought our food if the omelette included a croissant, she informed me that it did not. I then asked if we could order one and pay the difference, which seemed to upset her greatly. She responded with an extremely rude, “You need to tell them when you order!” I went to the counter to order and pay for the croissant, but throughout the entire time, I could hear her loudly complaining to her coworkers, saying things like, “She said she didn’t know it didn’t come with a croissant. She knew it came with a croissant!” At one point, I believe she even referred to me as stupid. And let me assure you, she was loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear her. I also noticed she was streaming a live video on TikTok from the kitchen, which I found very unprofessional. Having managed the top-grossing PJ’s in the CBD during my college years, I can confidently say that this type of behavior would have led to someone being fired. It was completely unacceptable—over a croissant! Going forward, I’ll stick to the Harahan location when I want to dine in. They are always so kind and accommodating there.
Every time my mother and I have visited this place, we have encountered cold and unfriendly staff. Today was no exception; we were treated very poorly. There were no smiles or friendly gestures, and my mother's questions about her cappuccino were completely ignored. It was a terrible experience, especially considering we spent $14. The almond croissant was disappointing as well. When I asked the lady if she could warm it up for me, she coldly replied, "There's a microwave right over there." I wanted to leave because of how poorly we were treated, but my mother really wanted her cappuccino. To make matters worse, we noticed that another customer received a warm welcome, which only highlighted the difference in treatment. We will definitely not be returning to this place.
Cute lil coffee shop where you can sit and relax at a booth with your frozen chai and a chocolate chip scone. Staff was very friendly and didn't rush anyone out for staying too long. Nice to know that places like this still exist. I absolutely adore the signs and decor, the Wonder Woman theme, and positivity.
After placing our order, we found our seats, but when our breakfast arrived, I noticed that her omelette didn’t come with a croissant. I politely asked the woman who brought us our food if the omelette was supposed to include a croissant. She informed me that it wasn’t. I then inquired if I could order one and pay the difference, which seemed to upset her greatly. She responded quite rudely with, “You need to tell them when you order.” Feeling uncomfortable, I went to the counter to order and pay for a croissant. Throughout this time, the woman was loudly complaining about me to her coworkers, claiming that she knew the omelette came with a croissant and that it was my fault for not mentioning it when I ordered. At one point, I believe she even called me “stupid.” It was clear that everyone in the restaurant could hear her because she was so loud. To make matters worse, I noticed she was streaming a live video on TikTok from the kitchen, which I found very unprofessional. I used to manage the top-grossing PJ’s in the CBD during my college years, and I can assure you that the owner would have terminated someone for such behavior. It was entirely unacceptable—over a croissant, no less! From now on, I will be visiting the Harahan location if I want to dine in. The staff there is always kind and exceptionally accommodating.
Every time me and my mother have ever come into this place, there have been completely cold and unfriendly employees working. Again today, we were treated very badly. No smile, no friendliness , ignored my mother 's questions about her cappuccino. Just a horrible experience, and spent $14 there. The almond crusant was horrible too. I asked the lady if she could warm it up for me, and she very coldy said something like there is a microwave right over there . Really wanted to leave , due to have badly the lady acted, but my mother really needed her cappuccino. Then this other lady came in, and we noticed that she was treated friendly, and completely different then the way she treated us. We will never be returning to this place again though.
