Puccino's - Metairie

The drive thru took a long time and they were out of the Grits A Go Go. Food is okay.

Mediocre at best. Their drive through is TERRIBLE! You can be the only person and guaranteed over 10 minutes for a coffee.

I usually love this location, but I don’t know what happened this week. I ordered an iced puccino three times this week, and each time it tasted very off. What’s worse is that I seemed to have the same worker at the drive thru each time. She’s very rude, unwilling to greet you, will cut you off while you’re in the middle of your order, and she even gave me the wrong drink once. I won’t be coming back to this location for a while.

My go to coffee place the frozen puccino for a dessert like coffee and the granita for a lil pep in my step !! My only coffee place.

Dishonest with the prices displayed. $8 for a cup of mediocre coffee is excessive. This is the second (and last) time. I wanted to give them a second chance bad idea. They swindled me on the price (by a lot) both times. I didn’t want to create a scene, so I paid, and tipped generously. They are thieves though. What they charge is NOT what they display on any of their menus. They think the public is either dumb or blind. Dishonest. Absolutely pathetic!
