Poor service. do not waste their time or money here. the woman who worked the driver thru window was racist and extremely rude. but I called and complained and spoke to the manager. who was very polite and said she would take care of the problem. she even offered me a free meal. I thank you and appreciation. this whole restaurant needs a makeover. also at any time you can get food from this place its cold ecle

Forgot literally half of my order. Left off tenders and red beans gave me two sweet tea's instead of one coke. Noticed when i got home. Drove 10 minutes back to this location to ask for my tenders, red beans, and coke. They gave me the tenders and coke. I asked about the red beans. They said the red beans weren't on the receipt and they would not give them to me even though I ordered them. (I'm sure they would have forgotten them as well anyways) I asked for the red beans as a solution to me driving back and forth 10 minutes each way again. I'm still waiting on my red beans. They seemed more annoyed that I even had the nerve to return for the food that I paid for. I won't be back to this location

I love this load eating is always hot and ready and on time and the load is very clean and the people there are polite.

Where are you going to get fried chicken? I mean, come really! roasted chicken and all the other menu items are on point. most of the time they can get good service, sometimes they get unhappy and get someone who doesn't care about their job.

That was the worst driving experience that still had. could not have received more than 3 meal times, and the customer service was simply pitiful, in the service worker of 4 years and that was disgusting to see. condescending and rude, cut me a few times while I tried to order and when I used to see what my family wanted that she had already given up my job and asked me to ascend as if I had was wasted her time or taken too long? Just make it better, thanks.
