Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Metairie

Its always good to visit a familiar restaurant and since I'm a Travel Business Owner of #ImagineDatVacation I have the time and freedom to go back as often as I want to go. Sharing information about this location with my clients they'll get a chance to get some great Customer Service!!!

After waiting in the drive thru for 27 minutes, we get home and the order is wrong. The food that we ended up with was cold. It was not good at all. So disappointed.

Food was very good,workers were very nice and helpful,the diner was clean,all of the food was hot and tasty.

Them kids don't want to work... We ordered 2 fish sandwiches, the little girl had us to pull around because they had to fry it to order. We waited and waited about 20 min. they forgot about us, so we made contact with the manager to let her know what we were waiting on.. Needless to say, the manager had to apologize for our order taking so long... They hadn't never cooked the fish...

Terrible service, unpleasant attitude, no thank you, nothing positive about this visit...my brother ordered because he was hungry...I declined because the drive thru cashier was definitely not pleasant at all...I will not pay for terrible service!!!!
