Pizza Hut - Metairie

Meh. It s pizza hut. Their wings (bone in) are really good the pizza. It's pizza hut.

I am writing this review not to personally attack the person who made our pizza (although I feel personally disappointed), but to express my dissatisfaction with the service we received. As a paying customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect to receive our order in a timely manner. While I understand that Pizza Hut is a chain establishment and not a gourmet pizza place, I still expect to receive a pizza that meets my expectations within a reasonable timeframe. Unfortunately, we waited over 2 hours for a pizza that was not what we ordered. The toppings were incorrect, the pizza was poorly put together, and the special crust we requested was completely overlooked. When we called to inquire about our order, we were put on hold for 10 minutes before being hung up on. While I would have been more understanding if it had been a busy night for the restaurant, our research indicated that it was not particularly busy at that time. I believe that a large corporation like Pizza Hut can and should do better. It is time for them to raise their standards.

The food at this restaurant is excellent and the service is quick, whether you are getting carry-out or delivery. The staff members are friendly, polite, and helpful, and the place is very clean. It's perfect for a quick stop to pick up a pizza on your way home. I placed an order yesterday at 11:51pm and received it at 12:04am. It was literally the best pizza, pasta, cheese bread, desserts, and boneless chicken I have ever had. Unbelievable!

I enjoyed the pizza, but I've noticed that the toppings were very sparse in my last two orders. Normally, my pizza looks like the ones in the ads, but my last two meat lovers pizzas were more like cheese pizzas. The toppings were barely noticeable.

Stop using door dash to deliver anything. They are a joke and don't care about your company or the customer. They bring half my order and say too bad call the store. The store is 4 minutes away. By the time she brings the rest of my order. 21 minutes later. I have a cold pizza. And no one could care less. Then don't work there if you don't care. It's simple.
