Mcalister's Deli - Metairie

The club was delicious I ordered potatoe soup. Horrible full of water. I wanted a new cup . Tabitha says this is how it's served and was arguementive. I finally got it resolved. It should not have be a issue

Ate dinner around 7:15. The cashier taking our order was pleasant, however a gentleman in the kitchen wearing a polo shirt that looked to be management was spouting off comments about women and what he’d do to them using innuendo language. Not sure who he was talking about but it was not appealing. While waiting for our food, the staff in the kitchen was loud and throwing what looked to be food at one another. We overheard conversation about someone quitting as well. Although the food was good, the atmosphere was not.

Food tasted old. There was more lettuce than meat on their signature club. The mac and cheese was utterly horrible. Over cooked and mushy, like a school cafeteria. They didn't have any spuds either. Staff was meh at best. We got to listen to the staffs personal business because they screamed it all. This place has really gone down. I wouldn't even order a pick up here.

The food was amazing! The sandwich was fresh and the Angus beef was incredible, the sweet tea is the best in the city

My wife and I went here for lunch. The girl that took our order was very polite. I hade the 12 inch Italian with Mac and cheese. My wife had the 12 inch king club with Mac and cheese. We also ordered a side of potato salad to split. The presentation was on point and both of our sandwiches were delicious. The Mac and cheese was very rich and creamy and the potato salad had a sprinkle of paprika. It was also delicious. We will definitely be going back!
