Mcalister's Deli - Metairie

This is a great place. It just recently opened, and it has major potential. Business is booming and it gets crowded. The atmosphere is just as fresh as their ingredients, and I had my favorite French Onion Soup I've ever had. The wait is worth it because you get quality food at a reasonable price. 10/10 no complaints!

Just at this place for the first time for lunch. Its really delicious and mouth-watering. That sandwich and potato is really good. Looking forward to eating at this place more. 5 stars well-deserved.

They only get a 4 because the manager really didn't acknowledge that it was our first time and offered no suggestions. Horrible service great sandwich. Wondering why I had a random avocado on the bottom of my plate but ok. Given steamed broccoli and not potato salad but exchanged. Long wait times for dead restaurant with no customers. Food is definitely better than the service. Mac and cheese was so small didn't even fill bottom of cup.

10-26-2020 Decided to try this location out for lunch. The food had good presentation and tasted well. The lady?s at the register were polite and helpful. Overall not a bad experience and I would return to this location.

Friendly staff, convenient location, wait was a lil long but overall experience was good. Will return.
