Little Caesars Pizza - Metairie

When my order was due, they texted me that it was cancelled. I called the location. Assistant manager, Jeramiah, said he knew nothing about my order. After about 10 minutes of asking co-workers who also didn 't know anything, he determined it was given to the wrong doordash delivery person. He didn 't know where the order was. He refused to replace the food or refund the purchase. He said they are not responsible. He acknowledged the order was placed directly through the Little Caesar 's app, NOT doordash. Jeramiah was rude and unprofessional the entire time. Doordash said it 's Little Caesar 's responsibility since the order was through the Little Caesar 's app. I wasn 't aware doordash was affiliated. Even their text doesn 't state it was doordash. Doordash tried to contact Little Caesar 's but no one answered because, according to Doordash, they likely didn 't want to take the call. I called the same location today and asked someone named Sean if I could speak with a manager. Sean yelled out Sean, it 's for you! Then, the SAME Sean returned saying he was the manager. I called Little Caesar 's corporate office and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I called back and was told I would just have to wait on hold. I called customer care directly and was put on hold for 20 minutes. In the time it took me to complete my complaint with the BBB and write this review, still no one has come to the phone.

The store where I live I purchased my pizza there all the time I go to Little Caesars at least three times a week if not more the people there are really nice they try to get you in as fast as they can your pizza is always hot even when it's cold after you have it in the refrigerator you put it in your toaster oven warm it up is like fresh again and always taste just like you first purchase it I think Little Caesars is the best pizza place. It's affordable you can feed your whole family for little of change. And this time with the academy the way it is every penny counts so being able to afford things now is most important so I would tell everyone to always go to Little Caesars cuz they have the best pizza and the nicest people working there.

I love this place! Yes the pizza is more expensive than Domino's, but it is a far superior pizza.

On the other day had got a Hawaiian pizza from my local little caesars and it was great! I plan to buy two more visits

Man the pizza I got last night was the best chain pizza I ever had.To the two that where in the drive threw window.Thank You to the girl that went back and made my custom order 3 meat no Italian sausage.Girl you put your foot in that bravo and I got $tip for you next time I come threw.Bravo amazing for a chain pizza joint!!!!
