Fusion Cafe - Metairie

This is my go-to Vietnamese spot in my neighborhood It's been around for about 6 years and I've been frequenting it since it first opened.

Hands down, this is my favourite stop for a quick bite when I'm craving Asian.

I have a pork and eggroll Vermicelli bowl. I thought the pork was undercooked and fat. The waiter liked to bring him back to the kitchen and cooked him more and refreshed the whole bowl. I thought it was all very professional and friendly. I'll go back to try their Pho soups....

So delicious! I ate the crab salad for an appetizer, the grilled shrimps vermicelli noodles for lunch and a Vietnamese coffee for the desert. Well, I say ate, really I inhaled it because it was so good. Fast service and great prices! I was in 20 minutes and out.
