Cafe Du Monde - Metairie

The beignets were hot, fluffy, and delicious. They were a bit denser than I remember, and there are several places in Houston that serve beignets that are just as good or even better. However, they were still quite good, and I would recommend this location for its convenient parking.

A Wonderful New Orleans Tradition... Right in Metairie! However, on May 3, 2022, I found the men's restroom to be in terrible condition, and it seemed like nothing was done to address it. This was quite disappointing and discouraging. Unfortunately, in some unfortunate ways, it reflects an outdated and negative tradition in Louisiana.

Beignets, and coffee with milk. There's nothing else that makes you feel like you are at home with grandma or mom.

Beignet are wonderfully different and I want more. Should've order more to bring back in the road with me

That is one perfect desert! Can't leave there without being covered in powdered sugar!
