Whataburger - Mesquite

Been eating here for as long as I can remember great place to eat great service will continue going

Very very busy, but quick taken the fact that they get a lot of customers. Employees have always been on point with little to no inconveniences. Just as a Whataburger should be!

There 2/11/23 gradually on the Rodeo Arena. This was at 10:03 in the evening. Some kids worked if you want to call it that. They were more interested in finding out that they are waiting for order. After about 10-15 minutes someone finally waits in the register and took our order. Well, the girl got our order wrong and then had more staff come to correct it. After about 45 minutes our food waits and we were short one of the meals. It took 10 minutes to finally get someone from behind the counter to recognize us. We brought the problem to them and were told they had to make our order. When everyone was eaten in our group (about 20-30 minutes) and the other order had not yet come out, we simply stayed without confirmation. I went without eating because it was just as if there was more lost time trying to get these employees attention from games to do against their work.

Very friendly service, food was exactly what I ordered and I was through the ride thru line in 10 minutes total. Food: 5/5

The food was great and the customer service was great. The only manager was for a small mistake with their employees in front of customers. The employee was new, she would have dealt with it in a professional matter. Food: 5/5
