I visited this location on Saturday, October 15th, and I was quite disappointed. Shaniya was very sweet, so I’ll give one star for customer service. However, I had to wait what felt like at least five minutes in the drive-thru for my order, and I was the only one there. The gravy was awful—watery, lacking flavor, and no seasoning whatsoever! To top it off, I saw the cook outside taking a smoke break while I was waiting for my meal.

Mr. Corey Davis seems to be the general manager who truly made our visit memorable today! He was full of enthusiasm for his restaurant, humble, and had a great sense of fun. He really brought the whole experience to life! Happy 2023! You can expect top-notch service whenever Corey is at the checkout. The staff worked together seamlessly, much like the camaraderie seen in the classic TV show Cheers! Plus, it’s a child-friendly environment!

Date 12/20/22Time order 10:07am Drive The employee was very rude. I order breakfast sourcing taquito and coffee. Did not say good morning; very rude when I requested cream and sugar and hot sauce. He answered that we have no hot sauce; You mean Picante sauce. He rolls his face on me. Bad service will not go back to this Whataburger.

Don’t waste your time at this place. We waited about 40 mins for two meals and all for it to be cold. Workers were rude and showing attitude when confronted. Worst experience at Whataburger.
